Services

Services are provided as described in your proposal or agreement. Scope and schedule are subject to the terms of your individual contract. We reserve the right to adjust services due to weather, site conditions, or other factors affecting completion of work.

Payment

Payment terms are as specified in your agreement. Invoices are due per the schedule provided. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your contract.

Insurance

Hoy Landscaping maintains appropriate insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request and can be viewed on our Insurance page.
